Walking down Kinnickinnic Avenue in 2004, I saw a building with a small for sale sign in the window. Price, location, and potential created an opportunity to learn about design-build and business creation from scratch. The business and building continues to be a success after sale to a family member in 2019.
Owning and managing businesses has allowed me to continue to lean on my Journalism background for design, business communication, editing, and public relations.
